Just add Butter or Coconut Oil and Water! I like to add Vanilla as well (optional)

Makes about 6-8 Pancakes

Directions: Transfer to a mixing bowl and add 3 tbsp of Melted Butter or Coconut Oil and 1 1/2 cups of Water. Stir but don't over Stir for best results. Let Sit for 5-10 mins before pouring on a preheated griddle or skillet for fluffier pancakes. Cook over Medium Heat and a lightly greased surface. Pour 1/4 scoop of batter per pancake and cook until bubbles form at the top and edges look dry (about 2-3 min). Flip and cook on other side for about 1-2 min.
